If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately.
If your item is custom made then we do not offer any return or exchange. All items will be put into production after your approval of drafts and layout. If you receive a defective or incorrect product contact us and we will send out a replacement immediately. For silver ware, we can service it for you, if you have certain parts / lines wanna be intensified, we can engrave deeper for you, Or should you have any part you wish to re trim, we can do it as well. Just contact us for that.
If you purchase a general merchandise item, then you can return it to us. Please contact us within 3 days after you received the item for a refund or exchange.
Please send us an email email@example.com before you return your item to obtain the Return or Exchange Form with authorization code, fill it and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please DO NOT send back your item until we have e-mail you back with the appropriate address which is not the one displayed on your parcel.
All items must in mint original condition, unworn and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, are not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
For refund opted we will refund you the item price you paid, and if your items enjoyed free shipping when purchased we will refund you item price deducted shipping cost incurred when ship to you.
We will notify you in 24 hours once we received your item, and will issue a refund once we received back the item in good condition. We will not accept any returns if item worn or washed. The money will be credited back to your PayPal account/Bank account/Credit Card account ( depends on which payment you used on your original payment).
For exchange opted we will notify you once we received your items, and send you shipping fee invoice via PayPal for shipping the exchanged items to your country (only real shipping cost incurred will be charged)
